The best surfing breaks
Surf the world famous Superbank, Duranbah, Burleigh Heads or Currumbin Alley. These breaks are all classic long barrelling, predominantly sand bottom breaks. All are easily accessed from Cooly YHA.

We run a free shuttle bus to the Snapper Rocks Superbank and the renowned beach breaks of Duranbah 4 times a day. We also have surfboards for rent and we can book surf lessons for beginners.
